Greg has been an employee since Irontree’s inception in 1978. As Chief Operating Officer since 2005, Greg has proven his abilities as a leader and working project principal.
In his leadership role, Greg’s mission is to ensure a strict focus on three critical project elements:
Budget Control - minimizing exposure and risk to Irontree’s clients, arriving at a comprehensive cost estimate and maintaining strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines.
Schedule viability - coordinating the efforts of the estimation, BIM, preconstruction and construction teams, outside consultants, and other sub-contractors to create a viable project schedule to ensure project goals are met.
Value engineering and constructabilty- utilizing the Irontree team’s complete and thorough technical knowledge of plumbing and piping to review all elements of the project construction in order to ensure the best value for client and strongest possible focus on delivered quality.
Under his guidance, Irontree has not only weathered the “Great Recession” and we continue to operate successfully with the majority of the Irontree team in place. Greg is a graduate of the Arizona Builders Alliance 1995 LDF class and received his CPC designation in 2010.
Ms. Weber is responsible for all Accounting functions, including preparation of in-house financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow analysis. During her 32 years with Irontree, she has developed both the sounding financial footing, bonding capacity and human resource functions that underpin Irontree’s success. Ms. Weber active in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) having served as Chapter President in 1999-2000. She earned her CCIFP designation (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional) in 2004 and was the 2009-2010 National Chair of the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals.
As an employee since 1997, Mr. Bailey has become an integral leader of the Irontree team. A 1999 graduate from the ASU Del E. Webb School of Construction with honors, Ryan has brought his exceptional organizational skills to the Operations side of Irontree. For the past seven years, Ryan has successfully scheduled Irontree’s entire field operations, including craft and safety training. He also took the lead in organizing the flow of paper on the project management side and leads the technology integration efforts across the Irontree domain. Ryan is also a graduate of the 2006 Arizona Builders Alliance LDF Class.
